I'd highly recommend Right Auto's. They took my car in at short notice, identified and fixed the problem the same day. So happy to have my car back , thank you Jason and the team for such great customer service. Will definitely be taking the family cars to Right Auto's from now on.

Such lovely guys, it can sometimes be a little intimidating dealing with garages (especially if you have your 3 years old in tow), but they couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind. It’s unusual to find a garage that you can really trust and me and my family have all started to use them as they are genuine and not out to take advantage of anyone.

We needed another car at very short notice and they prepped and MOT'd a car within 36 hours. Did all the paperwork for scrapping our old car and Road Licensing refund there and then. Great service all round.

Right Auto’s have surpassed my expectations!
After breaking down in Dorset and being delivered home on a lorry, I called Jason and asked for his help. I had two quotes already so had an idea on cost but they couldn’t fit me in. Jason agreed to get my car in straight away and was fixed by the following afternoon, even on a bank holiday weekend!
The cost was considerably under the previous quotes and no waiting around. 100% the best service from Jason and the rest of the team.

We had to upgrade our car to accommodate grandchildren and longer journeys. Following recommendations from friends we only ever considered ‘Right Autos’. They sourced a very nice car for us, their professionalism was such that after the car left their onsite workshop, it had been serviced, MoT’d, wheels refurbished, completely valeted and handed over to us in showroom condition. The weather was awful on the day of appointment. Right Auto called in the morning to check in with me, and kindly offered to pick me up from the train station in the pouring rain. The dealership listened to my needs and showed me all the cars falls under the criteria. He gave advice based on my driving needs. I ended up buying a Ford B-max instead of the Hyundai i10 , which came in earlier that day and haven't got the chance to be serviced. (The Hyundai is also great, but I wanted a bigger car for hiking weeks.) They were very accomodating. They made arrangement so that I can take the car on the day, and they would come to take the car to service next week. This is the best shopping experience I had with a dealership. They truly worked extra mile to suit their customer's need. I will recommend them to anyone.
